Dilley Beans provides a nature based play developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum for ages 3 through 6 years. Children develop imagination and confidence in our play-based program while exploring the world around them.
As a full time childcare Dilley Beans has been open for eight years. I have been planning to open as a Farm Preschool for years. We started with our summer Farm Camp program in 2017 offering week long farm camp fun for ages 3 to 10 years old.
Young children are on the move a good part of the day, so outdoor play is a critical component of Farm Preschool. We explore the 20 acres of our farm, learn to care for animals, plant and harvest a garden, and care for our farm with regenerative agricultural practices. My small class size allows us to give our students individual attention. We make friends, learn songs, read stories, and expand our minds, making sure children are academically prepared for the next levels of our young farm hands education.
