Frequently Asked Questions
About Dilley Beans:
Q: Do you have availability?
A: Check our Current Care Available page
Q: What ages do you provide care for?
A: At this time I am only accepting new clients seeking care for children in Kindergarten and older. My license is for 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
Q: Are you Licensed?
A: Yes, I run a Certified Licensed childcare. I am licensed with the state and follow all regulations set forth for in home childcares.
Q: How do I know if you or any childcare have any violations and are truly licensed?
A: The best resource we have as parents to assure we are selecting a childcare that is licensed is to visit the Parent Portal. This website is provided by the Office of Childcare to provide current information on license, exempt, and recorded providers as well as those cited previously for providing care outside the scope of their license or without license. When you enroll or tour ask to see the provider's license. Check that it has their name as well as facility name, license number, ratio, and contact information for their licensor. Also check the expiration date. Upon enrollment you should be asked to sign a form verifying that you have seen their license. The license should be posted in an obvious and visible location for parents to see at any time.
